Grain Solutions Help Producers Find More Profit in Their Fields
While MaxYield Cooperative handles an average of 81 million bushels of corn and more than 5.5 million bushels of soybeans per year, our major goal is to help our clients market their grain more effectively. A wealth of innovative risk management programs, condo storage, and other tools allow producers added freedom to boost their profitability.

It’s also easy to get caught up in the frenzy of chasing a few extra cents per bushel and forget that selling in the top third of the market will make the most difference over the long haul. Too many marketing services have 20/20 hindsight, telling producers what they should have done.

That’s why MaxYield offers marketing programs from Market Wise, Decision Commodities, FC Stone, and others, which can be customized to help determine what you can do to capture more profit potential.

Going global
It’s no secret that some companies view the producers as the enemy, while some producers view grain elevators as the enemy. While this adversarial relationship may reflect traditional thinking, it no longer works.

Thanks to MaxYield’s progressive Board of Directors who challenges us to look in new directions, we’re finding new, non-traditional solutions that create a win-win for everyone.

Selling our clients’ grain into the best markets often takes us beyond north central Iowa. More than a third of our corn, for example, goes to Mexico, while a sizeable percentage is shipped to the poultry, cattle, and dairy industries in the southern United States.

Maintaining our rail structure is crucial for tapping into new markets as they emerge. Staying flexible and adapting to changes in the market also remains a priority as we search for new ways to give our clients as many grain marketing opportunities as possible.
